Having worn several hats throughout his career, Matt has always found himself in roles focused on the development of people and organizations. He has spent the last 20+ years utilizing one-on-one coaching, small group workshops, and immersive learning experiences to effect significant and sustained change. He is the founder and managing director of Core Growth Partners, a people-development firm headquartered in Atlanta. He shares life with his 2 adult sons Gavin and Liam, his partner Lauren and her son, Mason. When he isn’t focused on engineering growth in others, he enjoys playing guitar, working out, and home improvement and interior design projects. Currently he is learning to ride a motorcycle and speak Spanish, …though not necessarily at the same time.
